Flu Shot Clinic (Moody)

Don’t let the flu get in the way of a great year! Health Services is hosting mobile flu shot clinics across campus during this fall. Just make an appointment using the instructions below. 

Sign-up instructions: 

1. Click this link:  https://patients.vaxcare.com/registration/ 
2. Enter the registration/enrollment code: TX66658   
3. Select the Location and Date that corresponds to the clinic you're going to.
4. Fill out the following information: 
   1. Patient Demographics
   2. Health Insurance
   3. Screening Questionnaire

   5. Once you're signed up for a vaccine clinic, you're not tied to a specific appointment time, so you can drop in at any point during the clinic's run time! 

There is no out of pocket charge for the flu vaccination regardless of insurance status.  If you are uninsured, please select the "uninsured" option when signing up online. If you have health insurance, please provide that information when you sign up and/or email front & back pictures of your insurance card to health_services@baylor.edu.
