Mobile Flu Vaccine Clinics
Baylor University Health Services offers a series of mobile flu shot clinics throughout the Fall in order to make flu vaccination close, quick, and convenient for a larger portion of the Baylor community. The following clinics are open to students, faculty, and staff alike. While walk-ins are welcome, signing up beforehand is strongly encouraged.

September 24, 11:00 am to 1:30 pm at Truett Seminary's Great Hall
October 7, 11:30 am - 2:00 pm at Foster 144
October 13, 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm at the SUB, 201 & 202
October 20, 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm at the SUB, 201 & 202
October 27, 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm at the SUB, 201 & 202
October 28, 11:00 am - 1:30 pm in the Sid Richardson Lobby
Sign-up instructions:
- Click this link: https://patients.vaxcare.com/registration/
- Enter the registration/enrollment code: TX66658
- Select the Location and Date that corresponds to the clinic you're going to.
- Fill out the following information:
- Patient Demographics
- Health Insurance
- Screening Questionnaire
There is no out of pocket charge for the flu vaccination regardless of insurance status. If you are uninsured, please select the "uninsured" option when signing up online. If you have health insurance, please provide that information when you sign up and/or email front & back pictures of your insurance card to health_services@baylor.edu.
