The Baylor University Health Center is an appointment based clinic.

• If online appointment times shown do not work with your schedule please call for assistance.
• If your reason for scheduling an online appointment is not listed please call.
• If you require any assistance with scheduling please call.
• Routine Well Woman Exam, Medication refills, Allergy Injections and Immunizations can be scheduled days or weeks in advance via the Health Portal.
• For acute non-urgent appointments you will be scheduled an appointment within 24-48 hours. Only urgent care visits will be handled on a work-in basis.
• Patients may schedule their appointments via the Health Portal 24 hours the day before they would like to be seen. 

Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment please call at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, to allow us to schedule another patient. 

No Show Fees

General Medical Appointments- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment a $35.00 - $50.00 fee will be charged to your student account depending on the scheduled length.

Psychiatry Appointments- If you do not show up for your scheduled initial appointment a $75.00 fee will be charged to your student account; if you do not show up for a scheduled follow-up visit a $50.00 fee will be charged to your student account.
