Recently, I completed my EMT training, and I am eager to gain hands-on experience in the field. Goals/Plans: After graduation, I hope to pursue a career in medicine and attend medical school to become a pediatrician as I am passionate about serving the community and love working with children. I am looking forward for the opportunities SHAC brings and am excited to serve Baylor's community through advocation and awareness of health and wellness.

Goals/Plans: All my life, I dreamed of attending medical school to become a surgeon. This year, I am looking forward to being a part of SHAC in order to spread awareness about health and wellness, as well as engaging with the Baylor community during our fun events. In my spare time, I enjoy exercising, dancing (any style, you name it), community service, and spending time with my family and friends.

Goals/Plans: After graduation, I plan to attend medical school to become a dermatologist, primary care physician, or some other healthcare profession that God leads me to pursue. Through my career path I hope to not only engage with and care for my patients, but advocate for accessibility of healthcare resources to everyone. I look forward to the opportunity SHAC will provide me to engage with my fellow students, promote the wellbeing of the Baylor community and beyond, and grow the skills and experience needed to pursue my future goals in healthcare.

Goals/Plans: Hi everyone! My name is Angelica Gutierrez. I am a freshman on the pre-nursing track. After graduating from LHSON, I plan on getting my CRNA certification and becoming a travel nurse.

Goals/Plans: After wrapping up my degree, I plan to pursue medical school. My heart lies with rural and underserved areas, so my goal is to address health deserts and provide care to areas experiencing physician shortages. In the meantime, I’m soaking up my last year of undergrad, and I’m so excited for another year with SHAC and the chance to advocate for Baylor students!

Goals/Plans: After graduating at Baylor I would love to go to medical school and become a surgeon or earn a PhD first in oncology research, learning more about immunotherapy and finding novel ways to treat tumors! At SHAC, I hope to engage with my peers in creating a healthy and positive environment for students at Baylor to grow as individuals and be more self-aware of the resources they have.

Goals/Plans: Hi everyone! My name is Harleigh Morgan and I am a current freshman here at Baylor majoring in Nursing. I’m also apart of the BIC in the Honors College! I plan to become a nurse practitioner and work in the fields of either midwifery, gerontology, or nursing in the armed forces! I’m so excited to be a part of SHAC!

Goals/Plans: After graduating from Baylor, I plan to attend medical school. I want to use my engineering background to work with prosthetics or artificial tissues, and I plan to specialize in interventional cardiology or orthopedics. In my free time, I love playing tennis and going out with friends. This is my first year on SHAC, and I’m super excited to contribute all I can to this organization!

With a burning passion for rural health equity, I aim to empower marginalized populations to lead healthier and more stable lives. After graduating I am seeking to attend Medical School and pursue my MBA!
