The Health Center’s clinic hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and most Saturdays from 9am-1pm. If you are in Texas and would like to visit a Baylor University physician over a video chat during the normal Health Center clinic hours, call 254-710-1010.
If you are outside of Texas, or if you’re looking for care outside of the Health Center’s regular clinic hours, visit the Baylor Telehealth by AcademicLiveCare Care Hub.
Baylor Telehealth by AcademicLiveCare offers 24/7 on-demand urgent care for all of your physical health concerns.
Baylor Telehealth by AcademicLiveCare also provides access to dieticians and psychiatrists for ongoing nutritional and psychiatric support.

Register with your Baylor email address and Service Key ALCBAYLU. You will only need to enter this once when you first set up your account.
When prompted for a coupon code, use ALCBAYLU24. You will need to enter this coupon code each time you have a visit. Do not enter credit card information.

- Mild nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
- Yeast infections
Telehealth is also available for counseling services through Uwill Student Mental Health & Wellness. Visit their website to register an account using your Baylor email address or call 833-969-3998. Once your profile is created, you can find a therapist, schedule appointments, and connect with licensed counselors.
